Cookie and storage notice

Last updated

ASSI Studio keeps this site free of optional cookies and browser storage. There is no consent banner because the current site has nothing optional to accept or reject. This inventory was checked against the source and a clean browser profile on 16 July 2026.

Current inventory

First-party cookies
None set or read by the site code. No analytics, advertising, preference, or identity cookies are installed.
Local and session storage
None. The interface does not save playback, navigation, consent, or form values in localStorage or sessionStorage.
Contact security
The form uses a pseudonymous keyed connection hash and timestamps on the server for abuse prevention. Nothing is written to the visitor's device. An entry stops counting after 24 hours and is removed when the private store is next maintained.
Browser cache
The browser may cache the site's HTML, CSS, JavaScript, fonts, images, and video for ordinary delivery and performance. This is not used to recognise or profile visitors; cache lifetime is controlled by the response rules and the visitor's browser.
External booking and social links
The current booking CTA is a direct email link, and no social profile is published. If confirmed external links are added later, a destination loads only after a visitor follows its link. No external booking embed or provider script runs on ASSI Studio.

Why there is no banner

EU and Dutch rules require prior consent before optional tracking or similar access to a visitor's device. They do not require an accept banner for a site that uses no optional technology. Showing a banner with no real choice would add friction without adding privacy. More context is available in the Dutch government's cookie guidance.

If the technology changes

Optional analytics, advertising, embedded media, live chat, pixels, fingerprinting, or comparable storage must remain blocked until this inventory is updated and valid consent is obtained. A future consent control must offer equally clear Accept all, Reject all, and Choose options; keep optional categories off by default; record the notice version; and make withdrawal as easy as acceptance through a persistent settings control.

Rejecting optional technology must not block the core site or the direct email route. Closing a panel, scrolling, or continuing to browse is not consent.
