Website terms

Last updated

These terms apply to use of the ASSI Studio website. They are not a substitute for the full general terms supplied with a production quote or studio-rental offer. No unseen or request-only document is made binding through this page.

Website operator

The website is operated by ASSI Studio, trading as ASSI Studio. Registration, address, and direct contact information is available on the company details page.

Information, enquiries, and bookings

Portfolio, service, process, availability, and studio information is general information and not a binding offer. Sending a brief, email, or reservation request does not itself create a contract or guarantee a date. We confirm availability, scope, price, VAT, timing, cancellation, and usage rights in writing before an engagement starts.

If project terms are to apply, the complete version will be provided with the quote or other pre-contract documents in a form the client can save. A contract begins only through the acceptance method stated in that offer.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless a credit says otherwise, the website design, copy, logo, showreel presentation, and selection or arrangement of content are owned by or licensed to ASSI Studio. You may view the site and share an ordinary link for personal or business evaluation. You may not republish, sell, scrape for a competing service, remove credits, or use footage, stills, branding, or copy in another work without permission from the relevant rights holder.

External services and links

The site may link to independent booking or social platforms after they are approved. A link is not an endorsement of every statement or practice on the destination. The destination's terms, privacy notice, accessibility, and cookie choices apply once you open it. ASSI Studio does not load a third-party booking interface inside this website.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, secure, and available, but creative work, dates, and service details can change. Please confirm material information in a written quote before relying on it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where mandatory law applies. Project-specific responsibility is governed by the accepted contract and applicable law.

Law and mandatory rights

These website terms are governed by Dutch law. Any competent court is determined under applicable procedural law and the accepted project contract. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected. The current booking links are intake requests, not an instant consumer purchase flow.

Questions and complaints

Questions about these terms or a complaint can be sent to info@assistudio.nl. The complaints route and legal identity are listed under Company details.

Changes

We may update these website terms when the site or law changes. The date at the top identifies the published version. A change does not silently alter an already accepted project contract.
